We signed an exclusive distribution right with one Chinese manufacturer to
distribute high purity banana powder (>98%) in North America. The banana
powders are processed with spray-drying technique. This is the only high purity
banana powder without any carrier added such as dextrin or peanut protein.
The bananas are cultivated and grown in southern China, Yunnan province. Since
the temperature difference between daytime and nighttime is greater than that in
central and southern America, the bananas from Yunnan is juicier and sweeter.
The pure banana powder is processed with innovative non-traditional spray drying
method. With the new technology breakthrough, there are no additives such as
dextrin or peanut protein added during banana processing. The total processing
time from original banana to high purity banana powder takes less then 7
minutes. The pure banana powder thus obtained has advantages over banana
powder obtained from drum-drying and freeze-drying technique. It retains the
color, fragrance and nutrition of original banana. When mixed with water, it will not
incur oxidization reaction with oxygen and thus retain original banana color as it
has gone through sterilization treatment during 7-minute processing.
The pure banana powder can be kept as free running granular fine powder for 18
months in room temperature.
The pure banana powder can be mixed with milk to make a banana milk shake. It
can also be used in manufacturing ice cream, candy, cake, pastry, cookies, and
baby food.
