CeCana has established a strategic alliance with a partner in China. It allows the
company to specialize the extraction, purification and semi-synthesis of active
pharmaceutical ingredient (API) intermediates from natural plants in accordance with
current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and import into the North American
market with significant cost advantage.
CeCana offers two major anti-cancer API intermediates. Taxane series API
intermediates and its side chains and camptothecin series API intermediates. Please
